Strategy to execution · Atlanta, GA
years earning client trust and delivering complex work. I started in account management and customer success, and now lead multi-team programs for companies like Capital One, Chick-fil-A and Booz Allen Hamilton.

Companies I've worked with
Why I'm brought in
I set up the governance, operating cadence, master schedules and reporting that teams keep using after I leave.
Booz Allen Hamilton: operating model built from scratch for 35 workstreams
I fix intake, handoffs and definitions of done, then set a delivery rhythm people can count on.
Chick-fil-A: 80% smaller backlog, 60% faster to production
I turn leadership priorities into workstreams, owners, milestones and decisions that teams can actually run.
Southern Company: $50M+ portfolio, +60% on-time delivery
I connect the dots between symptoms and causes before anyone starts fixing, so the fix sticks.
~$4M in unnecessary system replacement avoided
I find what's really wrong, rebuild trust with stakeholders, and put a plan in place leaders can see working.
Capital One: at-risk engagement to a 3-year extension
I map the partner-to-customer life cycle, fix the handoffs, and set up follow-up that turns interest into revenue.
30+ client accounts managed, worth $100K to $10M each

Ways to work together
A short, fixed-scope look at what is really going wrong. You get the causes, the gaps between what teams believe and what stakeholders experience, and a plan.
Best when something feels off but no one can say why.
Governance, operating cadence, master schedules, RAID and reporting, built to fit how your teams already work.
Best when the work outgrew the way it is managed.
A focused push on intake, handoffs, backlog and release rhythm, with clear definitions of done.
Best when teams are busy but not shipping.
A defined push to stabilize a program or account: trusted reporting, a cleaned-up backlog, clear owners, and a leadership readout.
Best when a renewal, launch or deadline is at risk.
Map how partners and prospects become customers, fix the handoffs, and set up follow-up that converts.
Best when leads come in but revenue lags.
I step in to run the program, part-time or full-time, until it is steady or your permanent leader is in place.
Best when you need a leader now, not in three months.
How I work
Turns a tangle of moving parts into a plan teams can follow.
Surfaces risks and assumptions before they become problems, and frames them as decisions.
Earns rapport with clients and teams quickly, and keeps it through follow-through.
Stays calm and practical when issues come up, and lifts the whole team.
About
I'm a U.S. Army veteran. I started my civilian career managing more than 30 client and partner accounts, from $100K to $10M in contract value, for names like the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Hornets, University of Tennessee, West Elm and Crate & Barrel.
For the last 8+ years I've led programs across financial services, telecom, retail and restaurant, and energy. That mix is why I'm brought in when both the delivery and the relationship need fixing.
I'm based in Newnan, Georgia, and work across the Atlanta metro and remotely.
I'm open to full-time, in-house roles leading complex programs, transformation, or strategic client relationships.
Start with a root-cause diagnostic or a focused sprint, or bring me in as an interim lead.
